FORMING
Our metal forming capabilities allow us to produce a wide variety of shapes, from small angle brackets to complex square to round transitions. We employ experienced press break operators that have the skill set and tool set to complete the most demanding jobs.
Our layout department utilizes the CAD program Inventor to accurately calculate the proper bend allowances to produce the correct flange length eliminating any guess work.
CNC hydraulic press break are the most reliable and accurate press break. Our large CNC LVD 350 is capable of bending a 14’ long 3/8” thick stainless steel sheet within 0.5° of the desired angle.
